The world's first complete diabetes care app.
DiabetesConnect was started out of frustration at the lack of diabetes resources aimed at the developing world.

Where you live or what you earn should not determine the diabetes care you get.
My name is Dr Ryizan Nizar MD MRCPUK and I am a specialist registrar in Diabetes and Endocrinology currently working in the UK.
DiabetesConnect began as a hobby, but it grew from a clear need: there is a huge lack of awareness, support, and practical diabetes resources for people living in the developing world.
The project is built on a simple belief that access to better diabetes care should not depend on geography or income.
The biggest need
Keeping diabetes data in one system makes it easier to understand trends, follow targets, and stay on top of important checks.
One place for data
When it comes to diabetes care, one of the biggest needs is a system that can hold an individual’s diabetes data in one place so trends can actually be seen.
Complete care
Managing diabetes is about much more than blood glucose control alone. Bringing the full picture together helps people and clinicians prevent or delay complications.
Targets and graphs
My DiabetesConnect gives people the opportunity to store and track their health data, graph it over time, and compare it with targets so they can understand where they stand.
Built for wider access
The project was created to improve access to diabetes support and resources beyond the developed world.
